1. Create a new Project

2. Copy and paste your logo and background images in res > mipmap folder

3. Create new activity For SplashScreen

4. activity_splash.xml

5. SplashActivity.java

import android.os.Handler;
import android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity;

protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_splash);

Handler handler = new Handler();

handler.postDelayed(new Runnable() {

public void run() {
Intent i = new Intent(SplashActivity.this, MainActivity.class);
startActivity(i);
finish();
}
}, 3000);

6. Design your home activity which launches after SplashTimer over. In my project it's MainActivity

7. Set your SplashActivity to Launcher Activity in In AndroidManifest file

8. Now change your SplashActivity theme. Because it takes full screen for Splash

styles.xml
